Some things you would need to know about Pre-Basic Training.  First of all you should be running about 3 times a week, 3 months before you go to Basic Training.  Try to sing a song while you are running to get your breathing under control.  Start of by counting to four in your mind or a loud while you are running, for example ” One, Two, Three, Four, Hey!”  Just to keep you in rythem while you are running.  You will need a good pair of running shoes as well.
